Tierra Group realizó una Revisión de seguridad de la presa (DSR) que incluyó investigaciones geotécnicas, y análisis de filtraciones y estabilidad de taludes de un Depósito de relaves de 20 m de altura en esta mina polimetálica subterránea con una producción de 300 tpd. La auditoría fue preparada para esta empresa junior Canadiense luego de la falla de la presa de relaves de Mt. Polley en Columbia Británica, Canadá. Se elaboró un informe y se hizo una presentación al Consejo de Administración del propietario de la mina. Tierra Group diseñó un plan alternativo de almacenamiento de relaves que utiliza recipientes de contención de material geosintético para deshidratar los relaves antes de almacenarlos en un depósito de pila seca.
