El Proyecto de Stibnite Gold está ubicado en la zona remota de las Montañas Rocosas de Idaho central, cerca del Pueblo de Yellow Pine.  Es un proyecto de oro-antimonio de Brownfields que cuenta con tres canteras a cielo abierto y una producción esperada de la planta de 22.000 tpd. Este Proyecto presenta desafíos en relación con el terreno y restricciones ambientales. Tierra Group llevó a cabo el diseño preliminar de factibilidad del depósito de relaves propuesto, así como también de los desvíos de aguas y del manejo de aguas en todo el sitio, incluyendo contenido relevante para informe técnico de prefactibilidad en cumplimiento con NI-43-101. Tierra Group desarrolló el diseño de prefactibilidad para el depósito de relaves, los desvíos de aguas superficiales, y el plan de cierre para el depósito de relaves y el botadero de roca de desecho. El depósito de relaves se cubrirá con un sistema de revestimiento de geosintético compuesto e incluye un terraplén de enrocado de aproximadamente 460 pies de alto que se construirá en múltiples etapas durante el desarrollo del proyecto. Los desvíos constan de un canal que transporta a un arroyo perenne de montaña alrededor del depósito de relaves, y un canal/túnel combinado que conduce a un río alrededor de una de las canteras a cielo abierto. El desvío del túnel se diseñó para facilitar el paso de la migración de salmones, dando acceso a un hábitat de desove que había estado bloqueado durante décadas debido a actividades mineras previas en la zona.
